1. What information do I need to provide while booking?

You are required to provide the following information in full:

  • Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email Id
2. How do I make payment for ticket booking using YPayCash Mobile Wallet?

On selection of bus and seat and completion of providing information like name, email id, mobile no, you will be taken to YPayCash payment page

  • Enter registered YPayCash mobile number and click on continue
  • Payment authorization code will be displayed on the screen
  • Open your YPayCash application on your mobile device and click on e-commerce authorization and provide the authorization code displayed on website screen
  • Payments details will be validated and transaction confirmation will be displayed on the website screen.
3. Can I book the whole bus/coach with you?

Yes! We have options to book buses or coaches. Please contact our Call center or email us service@ypaycash.com 

4. What are the benefits of booking bus tickets on ypaycash.com?

Hassle free ticket booking online, you can book tickets on single click based on Bus type, time and boarding points, etc. and make payment using YPayCash mobile wallet

5. Does booking online cost me anything extra?

No! We do not charge extra other than bus ticket price.

6. I've lost my ticket. How can I get a copy?

A copy of the ticket would have been sent to you by e-mail when you booked it. Please take a printout of that ticket through your mail account and produce it at the time of boarding. If you have not received the ticket please feel free to call us.

7. Does the owner of the YPayCash mobile wallet with which the ticket is purchased need to be one of the passengers?

Not at all! A passenger can use their YPayCash mobile wallet to pay for the ticket, not necessarily their own. However, please note that the passenger in whose name the ticket is booked must carry a copy of proof of identity along with the ticket at the time of boarding the bus.

8. I don't have YPayCash mobile wallet. Can I still buy a bus ticket?

No, but you can get YPayCash downloaded in few seconds and then you are ready to use for all the services offered by YPayCash including booking of bus tickets.

9. How does the transaction appear on my YPayCash mobile wallet account statement?

Transactions on ypaycash.com will appear in your statement with merchant name “Travelyaari”

10. Can I cancel my ticket online?

Yes! All your e-tickets can be cancelled online upto 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time, subject to Terms& Conditions of service provider.10% cancellation charges will be applicable for ticket cancellation; these charges can be up to 100% depending on the service provider. Please check with our Customer Help Desk for the exact cancellation rules on the ticket you have purchased. No cancellation is possible within two hours of departure. Some bus operator does not allow ticket to be cancelled much before two hours of departure. In that case cancellation shall not be possible on ypaycash.Travelyaari.com within those hours of departure.

11. How can I cancel my bus ticket online?

You need to click on the cancellation link provided on our home page. After clicking on cancellation you have to mention the PNR and ticket no provided to you at the time of booking and then click "Cancel Ticket" button.

12. I missed the bus. Do I get a refund?

NO.
